Luis Leonardo Aguilar is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Principal of Green Street Realty a Florida Company based in Miami.

In 1970 Luis was born in Washington D.C. to Cuban immigrants. He relocated with his family to Miami in 1979 were he then went to the University of Miami in 1987.

He began his real estate career in 1992 were he was the Assistant Property Manager at The Plaza Venetia located in Downtown Miami. Run by Adler Group Management, we were contracted by Metropolitan Life Insurance to manage the property. The Building was then bought by Crescent Heights and was converted to condos and Luis was an instrumental part of the condo conversion. He worked directly with Louis Zaretzky , Attorney for Crescent Heights and tenants to help make the conversion successful.

In 1994 Luis attended The Century 21 school of Real Estate and received his Real Estate License. After working with C21 he then went on to work with The Keyes Company. In 1995 Luis joined Global Investments and was the Property Manager for 300 rental apartments in North Miami Beach. In 1996 Luis went on to work with the Meruelo Family to develop several communities such as, 200 Units in South Kendall known as Vista Alegre Town Homes, 150 Units in Miami Lakes known as Bonita Golf View. Luis then went on to complete a full condo conversion for an 80 unit low-rise community in Key Biscayne and 70 Townhomes in west Kendall. In 1997 Luis was the Sales Manager for Luxcom Developers developing a community in West Kendall called Lago De Sole. In 1998 Luis attended The Gold Coast School of Real Estate and received his Real Estate Brokers License. Luis then went on to open his own real estate firm known as GRG, Realtors. In 2001 Luis was reported to be One of The Nations Business Men Of The Year in The Wall Street Journal. In 2008 Luis also Managed a 30 unit Commercial Office building until 2016. In 2016 Luis opened a new office known as Green Street Realty were he currently is the Primary and Principal Broker.

Throughout his 27 years of experience, Luis has trained thousands of agents who many of them have gone on to be successful Real Estate Professionals and Top Producers.

In his spare time Luis enjoys playing golf, fishing and spending time with his family. He has 2 children who are in college and attend the University of Central Florida.
